Most common reasons behind messages not being sent

There are a number of factors that can result in the messages not being sent and a few have been listed below: 

  • The "contact seller" form via the advert has not been submitted properly which has resulted in the message not being sent
  • The details contained in the message submitted has blacklisted information
  • The senders IP location is on a blacklist where the countries have been identified as common places where scam emails are sent from

Ensure you have the right contact details

We would also advise that you check the details that you have used in the contact seller option to ensure you have entered these correctly as we often find typos which can include a simple typing error or an additional character/digit that shouldn’t be included
