Deposits for Sellers – Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t I withdraw the deposit funds?

This happens if your account is not ready yet. When the buyer accepts your transfer request, it will take 2 business days until you as a seller will see a button under your “My Deposits” account that says “Transfer to Bank”. From there, you will be able to add your bank details. Note: If you have received a deposit previously, we should already have your information and you don’t have to resubmit it. However, you still need to wait 2 days until that deposit is ready.'


Why haven’t I received my funds yet?

Please note transferring the funds to your bank takes up to 4 business days. If more than 4 business days has passed, the payment has most likely been reversed and the bank details you entered might be incorrect. This means the funds were sent back to your Pets4Homes account. This can be updated by pressing the "Transfer to Bank" button under “My Deposits” or contacting our support team.


Why can’t I add my bank details or identity?

Please note that once the buyer accepts your transfer request, it takes 2 business days before a button saying "Transfer to Bank" appears. From there, you will be able to add your identity and bank details and initiate a payout to your bank account. Note: If you have received a deposit previously, we should already have your information and you don’t have to resubmit it. However, you still need to wait 2 days until that deposit is ready.
