How to activate 5 weeks free insurance with Agria
There are three ways you can activate your insurance
Option 1: Fill out the form after paying the deposit
- After paying your deposit, you will now see the option to activate AGRIA straight away. The form is optional.
- You can complete it immediately or skip it and continue as normal. If you complete it early, you will be able to activate your AGRIA insurance with one click once the pet collection is confirmed.
Option 2: Fill out the form after confirming collection
- Fill out the prompted form just after you confirm pet collection
- Don't worry if you skipped it! You will find a link in your email 10 minutes after collection.
- When you fill out the form, you have registered for your 5-week free insurance cover - it's that easy!
Option 3: Activate through email named 'Your 5 weeks free pet insurance'
- Find the email in your inbox and click on the 'get 5 weeks free' button.
- Fill out the form.
- You have now registered for your 5-week free insurance cover - it's that easy!

I saw the sign-up screen after picking up my pet, but now I can't find the page anymore.
Have a look in your inbox! You should have received an email 10 minutes after pick up with the link to the offer page where you can fill in all your details. Couldn’t find it? Please reach out to our customer support team via support@pets4homes.co.uk, and we will send it to you!
How long is the offer valid for?
The offer for 5 weeks of free Agria insurance is valid throughout the 5-week free coverage period following collection.

- Buyers will receive a link by email to download the app shortly after paying for their pet.
- Download the Zigzag app from your phone's app store.
- Register with Zigzag with the same email that you used when making your payment

My free access was not automatically transferred to my Zigzag account, what do I do?
Likely, you signed up with a different email address or an anonymous Apple email address, either during sign-up on Pets4Homes or Zigzag. Please contact Zigzag via contact@zigzag.dog so they can help you give access!
I am having an issue in the Zigzag app, can you help?
For questions about the Zigzag app, you will need to speak to Zigzag themselves. You can contact their support team via contact@zigzag.dog.
I can’t access the Zigzag offer
You are entitled to 1 extra month free of Zigzag as part of PawCover, on top of their 7 days free offer.
To access the offer, please check:
- You paid for your pet through Pets4Homes and received an email encouraging you to download the app
- You registered for Zigzag with the same email you used on Pets4Homes to pay for your pet (does not work for those who used Apple sign-in to register for an account.)
- You will receive 1 month of Zigzag free with PawCover, this on top of the 7 day free trial that Zigzag already gives out. When you exceed 38 days in total of free trial, you will need to subscribe to Zigzag to continue receiving service.
