HMRC reporting

HMRC has introduced new regulations aimed at improving fairness and transparency in tax reporting. Under these rules, if your sales through Pets4Homes exceed the reporting threshold in 2025 (more than 30 sales or over EUR 2,000, around GBP 1,700), we’re legally required to collect and report certain details to HMRC. Providing this information does not necessarily mean you’ll owe tax, but it is an essential step to comply with these updates.

  • Your Name and Primary Address
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) & Issuer
  • Date of Birth (if you are an individual breeder) or
  • Business Registration Number (for business breeders)
