At Pets4Homes, we use a secure, passwordless login. There is no password to forget — every time you log in, we send a one-time passcode (OTP) to your registered email address.
How to log in
- Go to the Pets4Homes login page and enter your registered email address.
- Check your inbox for an email containing your one-time passcode.
- Enter the passcode on the login screen.
Note: The passcode is valid for a short period of time and can only be used once. If it expires, simply request a new one by starting the login process again.
Not receiving our emails?
Please check your Spam, Junk, or Trash folder. You can also view this help article for details on how to add our official email address to your address book so that you always receive our messages.
Logging in via Facebook or Google
If you usually log in via Facebook or Google, you can continue to use those options on the login page. If you have trouble accessing your Facebook or Google account, please follow the instructions provided by those platforms directly.
